First tab on the Avid List Tools pannel. On "Active Settings" select "Default EDL". Output format "TabbedLists". Under selector check "List". On "Tracks" select only audio track. Preferably only tracks that contain music.
Second tab on the List Tools panel. Select "Assemble". Select the items shown from the selection list. If you check the "Dissolve", the resulting length of the tracks will be a bit longer, because it will also count the overlaps.
Third tab on the List Tools pannel. In the "Running As Mode" field, select "Total Frames". The rest as in the preview. Most options are set by default. After setting all items, save as your settings. You won't have to do it again.
After setting, press "preview". You can save the result to a file or select all the text in the window, copy it to the clipboard and paste on this page. Tabbed EDL file is saved as txt. Don't forget to save your settings!
